Start with a square piece of origami paper. I am using an 7×7 inches origami paper.

Face the lighter side upwards and move the paper diagonally.

Fold paper in half by folding the bottom corner to top corner.

Fold in half again by folding the left corner to the right corner.

Unfold.

Form the ear by folding the right corner of the triangle up at an angle, like what you see in the picture.
