Step 9: Fold the left and right edges of the top layer to the center as shown. |

Step 10: Fold the top left and right edges to the center as shown. |

Step 11: Once again, fold the top left and right edges to the center to make the top thinner. |

Step 12: Turn the figure over. |

Step 13: Repeat Steps 9-11 on this side. There should be four prongs, a pair on the front and a pair on the back. |

Step 14: Slide one pair of prongs into the sides of the origami flower. |
