	Step 17: Like before, cut straight down the middle of the top layer, but stopping at the crease. Be careful not to cut anything else below the layer.
	Step 18: Fold the flaps up like before.
	Step 19: Fold the flaps along the crease to the center.
	Step 20: Rotate upside down.
	Step 21: Now we'll create the head with an inside reverse fold. Open the left tip a little so you can bend a small portion of it down, then bend the tip in and crease the sides.
	Step 22: Fold the tail down as shown.
	Step 23: Unfold the tail.
	Step 24: Inside reverse fold the tail. To do this, open the tail and fold down at the crease, then crease together.
