Step 25: Turn the owl over so we can begin forming the "ears". | |
Step 26: Take a scissor and cut ONLY the top layer of the back of the head. You'll have to cut at an angle from the side of the head to the center up top. See the picture in the next step for a closer look. |

Step 27: Cut both sides. Once you're done cutting, it should look like this. | |
Step 28: Simplly fold the "ears" up. | |
