Meet the Professional, a jack of all trades that can do it all. It's fast, it glides, and it has a trick or two up its sleeves. How it flies and what it does depends on how you throw it. Make this plane if you want a little bit of everything that paper planes can do.
How to Make an Professional Paper Airplane?
| | Step 1: Start with a regular piece of rectangle paper that's 8.5 x 11.0 inches (215.9 x 279.4 mm). |
| | Step 2: Fold the top half to the bottom half perfectly, professionally. |
| | Step 3: Make the right edge line up with the top edge. Do this by bringing the bottom right corner up. |
| | Step 4: Do the same for the left corner, lining up the left edge with the top edge. You should now have an upside down triangle. |
| | Step 5: Fold the top right corner to the bottom point of the triangle. |
| | Step 6: Now fold the top left corner to the bottom point of the triangle. |
| | Step 7: Unfold both corners that you just folded down. Note the two diagonal creases on both sides. |
| | Step 8: Fold the both top corners down to the two diagonal creases like in the picture. |
| | Step 9: Continue folding down both top corners along the crease. |
| | Step 10: Fold up the middle triangle as shown. Go to Next page to continue with the Professional Paper Airplane. |
| | Step 11: Turn the paper over. |
| | Step 12: Fold the left half to the right half as perfectly as you can. |
| | Step 13: Fold at the red line to make the wing. |
| | Step 14: Turn the paper over. |
| | Step 15: Fold this wing to line up with the first wing. |
| | Step 16: Fold about a pinky's width of the edge of the wing. This will be the wing's fin. |
| | Step 17: Turn the paper over and fold the other wing's fin. |
| | Step 18: Unfold the wings and fins. |
| | Step 19: Make sure the wings are tilted up at an angle like this, and that the fins are standing up. |
| | Step 20: Hold this part of the plane and give it a good hard throw at an angle. Also try to throw it straight up into the air and see what happens! |
